If you read up and do a little research regarding the advantages and disadvantages regarding stock dilution, you will see that it is not necessarily disadvantageous at all as per a company such as BRTX. Dilution doesn't necessarily mean that the investors are simply going to dump their stock for that would make absolutely no sense at all. No, in reality, the potential for BRTX stock price appreciation is incredible at this time. Two thirds of the post-bankruptcy debtor allotted shares have been issued to those investors. Did they just go out and sell? No they didn't. Simply look at the volume...it wasn't what would be expected if the investors were dumping. I believe things are looking very good. There is only one more tranche left to be issued this month. Once that is complete the next event is an expected Filing and Reporting by the company which will happen in late March or early April. That will bring the company and the company stock's legitimacy to the market. I believe that a stock price of $0.05 or higher is a very real possibility. I see many posts on this chat boarde that make no sense at all and suggest that if you are looking at this stock, you have much potential gains to be had in the near term. I believe that a price of between $0.25 to $0.35 or more before the end of the year is a real possibility. This, for many, would offer a substantial appreciation in value to their portfolios. Please be advised, this is not a recommendation, only an opinion. My advise is to research your purchases before you buy and do not invest more than you can afford.
