I believe tc raised this issue before, but I don't recall a definitive response. Would a SPAC be a reasonable way to bring NGIO public? I'm not sure of the cost, but it seems that companies get to keep more of the money they raise through a SPAC. Of course, the reliability of the SPAC partner needs to be thoroughly vetted. What do you guys think?
