Care about your opinions of me or my opinionated posts, I do not. This board is not a bashers paradise or a pumpers oasis. All posts are appreciated, fact based research as well as mere opinions, though slander against company executives or constant dilution scam arguments are deleted. Very simple. As the Mod for the RFMK board, I am merely occasionally sifting through what appears on the board and only excluding those posts which obviously fall into the category stated above, nothing more. I am not "running" anything, I am not actively out there "leading" the rabble to our board so you can think you are going to come in and use army go power to shape things up but IMO there is nothing to "shape up", it's merely an open, fair, honest board of RFMK loyal followers who wish to have open discussion about company and stock matters.

I believe I have made my opinions of RFMK known to all and they are quite consistent. "So why are you surprised?". Who said I was surprised about dilution?! I have consistently been of the opinion that dilution is expected and necessary for all micro cap pink sheet start ups; it's a given. Where have you been?! If all you see here are posters complaining and according to your opinion do not understand the game at hand, then that is your perspective and it's your right to have such a view of what others say but do not be fooled by your own ego that you can or will rule or change other posters ways or opinions based on what you think is right. Such aggressive manipulation of board sentiment I should think is better left to the "other" boards on the internet.

"SO what is your real POINT HERE!". I think it's rather obvious by now but I will re-state the flow of logic for the sake of clarity.

Rza stated : "I hope so the 10k would make that clear for all of us, It's been 6 months now waiting for it!"

Yoda stated : "I agree with rza's main point"

GoArmy stated : "Sounds like they are trying to avoid dilution in my opinion...
As you can see the FEE's are Expensive
Annual Fee: $15,000
Application Fee: $5,000"

Yoda stated : "I do not agree with you that a possible excuse or reason behind failing to successfully audit and file the 10K for RFMK has anything to do with the OTC costs..."

Conclusion : It is unnecessary to personally attack other posters of whom do not agree with your arguments and as all opinions are welcome on this board, not every argument must be validated with stats and metrics, though I would agree it does help support an argument. In this case, even with the facts you posted, I simply do not see that your point about OTC fees have any bearing on possible dilution or why we still have not seen a Q4 report or an audited 10K filing. It seemed to me that you were making the case that the dilution is needed to support the high fees of OTC reporting but my POINT was that even though I agree the fees are outrageous on an absolute basis, I do not think that the costs compare in any way shape or form to how much money has been raised for the company via dilution (recent and past). I should think the company by now has plenty of money to cover the OTC fees. Actually I happen to believe that such fees are likely a miniscule portion of the RFMK operating budget. As for possible auditing fees by various accounting corporations, I am not about to post such nonsense as we have already covered such topics many months ago, especially when we were all talking about the CEOs statements in the shareholder updates of the past which discussed how the initial Ironridge funding was for nearly $700k and would help get the company to fully reporting status. Well, I think the concern still stands, we have had no audited document to really show where these funds have gone and we have waited since mid Aug of last year for such audited filings and still shareholders are in the dark. I would think by now you would know what I believe and that I am for total transparency and of the opinion that dilution is a necessary evil but that it must be explained and shown to shareholders how it has been used. JMHO

As is stated in your signature, "All my post's are in my opinion!".
