With the four recent 8k's and a Form 425 filed that were described in the company IR blog as a pre-requisite that would culminate in the F10 filing i believe we are very close. And like you mentioned i believe there is substantial buying power sitting on the sidelines just waiting for the F10. Should be getting fun here in the very near future.
