Ach, you're right...multitasking... but although Apple Health does indeed refer to WA State medicaid, "Health" by Apple does refer to an app by Apple... https://www.apple.com/ios/health/ Can't think Dr. D. would be tweeting about Medicaid in just one state LOL...and they certainly don't have the same significance as Amazon Health (I'm thinking he means "Amazon Care?), which is an internal health program offered to Amazon employees/families instead of contracting out to any other insurer, as I understand it. https://amazon.care/ Although I do see tweets to the effect that *Haven*, the healthcare idea started by Amazon, Berkshire-Hathaway, and JP Morgan, is shutting down. Wonder how that relates to Amazon Care specifically...
