He can't recognize EC votes where states didn't follow their Constitution's. Thus violating the Election's clause of the United States Constitution...
AS I stated. The Lin Wood text was aimed at Pelois not Pence. Pence not available. Gavel goes to Grassley. Grassley not available gavel goes to Pelosi.
accepting Certifying unconstitutional EC votes is TREASON

You will then get the EO on election fraud report and enforcement and notice to the Insurrection ACT to correct issues...
Trump will then be certified on the 17th or 18th and sworn in on the 20th. If Biden does not capitulate and is also sworn in on the 20th. You will see the full force of Martial Law in places via the Insurrection ACT.
