There is a danger trying to think how to "hack the fda" ie. get a full approval etc. One thing we have learnt - its step by step - thats how they play.
Let's get an EUA. Then let's get the data from that in use.
You get those, money will come pretty easy (you may only need the EUA to get the big investor money). And as they say - money fixes many ills for a company - that can solve supply etc. Remember you don't need perfect to get the money we need (just a few key things). Also - HIV bla could one day finish (thats dollars).
