Scan the Ballots Now!
I am writing you as an elected official who has sworn an oath to protect and defend the Constitution regarding my grave concerns about the results of the 2020 presidential election.
For nearly two months, we have been told there’s “no evidence” of electoral problems – at least sufficient to affect the outcome of the presidential race. Actually, there is such evidence – plenty of it.
You can see that evidence for yourself in an authoritative and compelling half-hour video presentation at www.EveryLegalVote.com. Given the stakes, I urge and expect you to make the time to watch “Here’s the Evidence.”
The good news is that advanced scanning technology is now available that will enable us to determine quickly and with high confidence whether ballots are real or fake. It can also tell if each and every ballot meets federal standards or if someone has tampered with them. Best of all, this scanner can be used with the whole world watching. So, all questions about this election – and future ones – can be resolved definitively.
But this option won't be exercised unless you take action. So please, insist that we Scan the Ballots NOW!
In addition, we are asking that:
• All of the questionable ballots must be properly examined by a digital forensic expert and illegal votes set aside.
• For state Legislators, you must reassert your constitutional authority over the election. You have every right to examine the ballots and also require that the voting machines be forensically reviewed. As our elected representatives, you need actually to look at all the evidence and take the proper action.
• For U.S. Senators and Representatives, you have a constitutional duty to validate the results of the Electoral College vote for our next President. If you have reason to believe the Electors got it wrong, you also have a duty to reject those results unless and until the ballots have been properly reviewed by the states’ legislators. And,
• For Vice President Pence, we believe it is your constitutional duty to exclude any questionable electoral votes until the ballots have been forensically examined. We call on our representatives to support you in carrying out this solemn responsibility.
