Regardless of any last second personal pardons. The new DOJ will go after reversals quickly. With no more loyalty to Trump the SCOTUS will overturn a personal pardon. The DOJ will nail Trump on Federal charges of election interference as well as extortion in the Ukraine Scandal. Even if none of those happen, Trump is going to get hammered by NY State on tax evasion, tax fraud, possibly money laundering and other possible Trump Org charges.
