In a pandemic scenario, there are a number of things the FDA should've allowed.
The WHO has stated that remdesivir is next to useless.
Remdesivir's sales are over $800M, probably gov't purchases mostly.
The hospitals may fail because the FDA,CDC, etc. failed us to begin with.
