Apparently the courts have found Gohmerts lawsuit to be as frivolous and absurd as the 60 other lawsuits tossed by Republican judges nationwide. With the dismissal of the suit against Pence, there is one last gasp of air on January 6th, which may extend into January 7th with debate.
