With all that is going on with HHSE and the upcoming F10 possibly just days away i wanted to compile a quick list of things for you to continue or start your DD on HHSE. * Had Revenues of approximately $375,000 and a Positive Net Income of approximately $300,000 through the first nine months of 2020.
* "The first nine months of 2020 were utilized by management primarily to complete reporting requirements for the Company’s forthcoming Form 10 Registration filing, as well as the Company’s subsequent S1 Registration and raising. Additional activities included ongoing supervision of the editorial process of the feature film, “WILDFIRE” as well as on-boarding and mastering work related to the preparation and prelaunch of the consumer streaming site, MyFlix”.

* S1 -- Media Partners and Large Investors will be looking to fund the company with 1.5 million dollars by purchasing 50,000,0000 shares( 1st Tranche) at .03 which is a 100% premium to the current market price of .015. The likelihood of the second tranche of 50,000,000 shares being sold at .05 will likely depend upon the public markets pricing for shares at the time.
* F10 Filing -- There have been four 8k's and a Form 425 filed since 11-17-20 in preparation for the F10 filing.
* F10 filing -- Based off comments in the companies IR blog and the recent SEC filings that were a pre requisite for the F10 multiple shareholders believe that we could see the F10 filed as early as next week.
* MyFlix Launch -- As per the Companies IR Blog and the MyFlix Site it looks like the launch will be around the end of January and will launch with at least 2500 titles. The company will have access to over 15,000 titles from over 40 studio suppliers . I would think that the additional titles would be added a few at a time over the months to keep the stream of fresh content coming.
* Company has had a relatively stable share price over the last 2 years with a solid floor at .01 and has recently started to break to the upside on increasing volume.
* The last 2 days of trading on HHSE saw 2 consecutive days of more than 3X the 10 day ave trading volume and is up 11.94% and 6.67% respectively.
