Negative.....but from the sound of it...you are new to investing......and seems you have been burned in the past......sorry to hear.....but you should trust the 8K.......anyone can print anything from MarketWire.....very big difference bro........as for divies.....I have talked to Jim about them, have you?  Instead of the weak insults, email him to verifiy he has your info on the shares for distribution!  We told folks it would be 6 months or more......heck......took facebook years........GL
