Update - Deals Closed: "Happy new year everyone!
Just to recap. I appreciate all the support and great messages.
We have signed the acquisition deals and we will post them in January.
We are extremely happy that our 2 new attorneys and CPA help us to fast track all the filing to get current.
We did acquire those other "publicly traded companies", so we anticipate a great start for the New Year!
None of you, the shareholders, have to do anything , but wait and get your shares. I did that, to compensate for all the time we had to wait and for all the damage that our ex CEO's Luke and Jorge caused all of us.
Jorge, for example, caused us SUTI and PRPM to not being approved by FINRA for the dividends. In case some of you wonder, that is why its been so difficult to get "current" and get our dividends approved. But now! since AURI, and PBHG and the others got back to OTCPK Pink "current status", we have cleared our name and addressed all the "fake" accusations.
So we are poised to get everything done as planned.
You don't need to, (or have to ), believe me, but our merger and acquisition partners do, and they have gotten "on board" regardless of the current or not status. They see the forward progress on all our other tickers. So, with that said...
