This isn't really news. bsafemobile is being phased out in favor or Zoomsafer, whose website went live earlier this year.
See my sticky post. Cogo employees do not know or comment on any deals the owners of Cogosense do. As far as they are concerned, Cogo is privately owned, and it is. ONCI is a holdings company, and they hold 72% of Cogosense.
