Good Morning SIRGers. I see they are now digging up 2 year old news articles in an attempt to verify bogus posts on the I-SCAM site.
I do find this statement of interest!

We still must obtain sufficient funding to actually begin mine operations after acquiring the necessary permits.”
There is nothing in that article to verify a bogus post that SIRG sold shares to investors but the poster would like to pass it off as verification of his bogus post!

SIRG has been completely open and honest with its shareholders, even informing them last Oct that the A/S would be raised in Jan. Further it warned investors there would be dilution as a result of using convertible notes to fund the permitting process and (which creates shareholder value) along with operating expenses.
