For instance Alpha Ventures Partners owned ~5M shares in 2016, which then was ~11% of the shares. Now the outstanding is I believe around 7-800M, so 5M if they held is less than 1%. That is quite a bit of dilution in the last 4 years - but I suppose market cap or EV is the more appropriate metric of how far we've come since then.
Montfort's 200K shares in 2003 was ~11% too. 2M to 50M to 800M shares, 2003 - 2016 - 2020. Can see why NP is trying to avoid further dilution. Hopefully we will have revenue pretty soon and won't need any more / as much dilution going forward.
