This should be an "interesting" day. The Reuters articel obviously wants to portray this as a failed trial, but am I reading this correctly, that this was a denial of the EUA applied for in September? That was the EIND data, correct?
If so, then that has nothing to do with the severe/critical trial results, which just concluded. Now was that because they filled the trial, or was it halted for unknown reasons?
I expect the price to drop significantly this morning, but nothing I've read suggests that the drug has failed or that the science has been wrong. This looks a lot like headline shock.
Feel free to educate me. I own a small position, but don't follow it in great depth.
