Rodman, are you sure about that?
I remember that they submitted more than one spreadsheet to the defense with their penalty(?) computations on them. The defense made mincemeat of that - how do you compute anything with two sets of figures? L2/SBI didn't even know how much they were due in penalties(?) above the amount QMC paid them.
I remember that the only date that L2/SBI could be paid was on Sunday, to a bank in Puerto Rico, however it is closed on Sundays! No way to escape penalties. Do you think if the Judge validates that payment technique it will wreck havoc on contract law from now forward? It's whole basis is to connive and cheat the borrower.
I've heard some say, well, they should have read the contract better!!! LOL
The lawyers advising QMC are the same Gates lawyers who showed up at the first Texas case. They had not quit QMC, but were working for Gates. Do you think the Gates attorneys might not have done their job properly?
