100+ mph...Yes it sure appears each year that goes by less is getting done and our problems in the world are increasing. The world is in change and everyone must change with it. The two party system is even needed more now than ever...you might start shaking your head on that but let me explain. The two parties have eons of space between then for another party right? 
however share share and share alike? not going to happen but if one of the two parties didn't exist then socialism would "possibly" try to move in and then eventually it would take over and swallow the remaining party. This is why we need both democrat and republican parties. Biden isn't going to let the socialist run home in circles he will take care of things behind the scenes. Trump just didn't have the experience needed to play nice and talk softly yet carry a big stick. Let's say that we either Trump as our President and we only have one party. Also this Trump doesn't run his mouth and doesn't fight but smile at people....or Biden as our President as I just stated. Much would get done wouldn't it. Having a two party system actually helps with the checks and balances need as both parties will balance each other.
Eventually socialism will seep in but having a democrat and republican party helps by keeping the lid on that. People want everything for nothing many don't want to work. Others who are allowed to vote who are not legal voters should not be allowed to vote....If you are a citizen and show proof then and then only should you be allowed to vote.
Here is something I see that would take care of BS states. OK..with Washington-DC plus our 50 states equals 51 does it not? As for the Electoral votes each state get 1 vote only. there will always be an odd number of states (I have a further plan referencing the depth of this and of course a solid voting structure that can't be cracked but all votes would be done by hand no computers. I got everything involved in this plus the Government is going to pay the citizen his daily wage too. Other quickies are the Government pays 10 million dollars for TV commercials, no Robo solicitation and no signs campaign signs within 1000 ft of each precinct. This is only a super short list...there is much more but just discussion
