That's nice but how does it positively impact revenues? Because, unless money starts rolling in, they'll have to just take on more debt, again, for operational expenses.
The fact that they've amended, and not cancelled, the new offering makes it appear that they aren't expecting an imminent cash infusion.
It seems like they might be cleaning up the books in order to sell the company. And that can't come fast enough, in my opinion.
