Why is he selling? Who knows. Is he selling because he knows the results in COVID are negative? Not unless he's dumb as a box of rocks. Setting up a sell order ahead of time doesn't protect you from going to jail for insider trading if you had that inside information at the time you set up the sale. I really doubt at his age he wants to be Martha Stewarted and end up in jail with a bunch of COVID carriers.
