Nothing matters until the CD12 results come out.
Unless some surprise approval comes out of left field, people are buying/selling on feelings. Feelings are great, feel free to move on them and add to a position or make some cash, but don't read any more into this than a guy wants some free money. I don't blame him.
I was one of those who got all worked up when the Pfizer CEO made a huge chunk of cash through this same mechanism until it was explained to me as basically a pre-programmed sell order. Then it made sense and the outrage washed away.
