Dude, you have this person literally saying LL doesn't work for GvHD and therefore won't work for other indications, with ZERO evidence except mgmt saying they stopped trial because Covid is making it tough to get patients.
That's not being realistic, cautious, or pragmatic, that is outright bashing and nothing to do with DD.
