I have worked with govt agencies....both here and in Canada...and to be clear..the head moves....and the tail trails long after..but, given the present sense of URGENCY and the FOCUS on government Action/Inaction....I'm sure many of the components of government are on speed dial....many heads are on the executioner's block especially with the transition of Govt. taking place..many will be looking to their NEW employer..with either a resume of success or failure.
