There was some question as to whether CYDY asked and recieved guidance. Or if the FDA reached out and provided guidance in a manner that suggested we apply.

Evidently it's the latter.

In my mind this makes a world of difference, and supports my theory that the FDA has an inclination of our efficacy.

All IMO. Nothing certain about it.
