Yep, that's what I was implying. And if CYDY doesn't have manufacturing locked down yet, maybe they would do that. They want to do whatever FDA wants them to do, to judge from past actions.
Of course OWS will assist in production if/when the EUA is given, but before then maybe they're just giving themselves a bit more time to ramp up production.
Or not.
I can't imagine that the FDA would grant OLE/EIND if they didn't have a strong sense that the results would come out positively. They don't cut us any breaks at all. We earn every single one twice over.
Just trying to look at the situation from another angle and see what moving parts there might be.
