My two neighbors who work in the hospital were told they can go to two different counties to get the COVID-19 vaccine their choice on either the Pfizer or Moderna injection which both vaccines require 2 shot series approximately 2-3 weeks apart. If you have had the typical flu shot a couple months prior that may even help you a tad but there is also a caution in getting the COVID-19 shot series to close to when you had the flu injection.
In another thought possibly related in why you may not have received your 2020 flu shot was a shortage in that vaccine. It is a fact I got the last of what our hospital had on September 22, 2020. This is not to say they didn't get any more in at my hospital or the VA but with these pharmaceutical companies cranked up to develop C-19 vaccines could be why you didn't receive your yearly flu shot.
Just some thoughts?
