Overview
The following has all been deduced after spotting a 14.5M buy at .0001 on November 24, 2020.
Subsequent investigation revealed:
- Previous covert loading from August 3 onwards.
- First Share Structure update in a significant while on November 24, 2020.
- Previous BLUDOG product range widely expanded under a new brand name - Blue Plant Farms.
- New company with the above products registered in the name of the $INCC CEO.
- Significant social media presence with up-to-date recent activity.
- All .0001s bought out - including individual buys of 50M, 25M, 18M and 10M - on November 27 - total 244M.
Share Structure - Updated December 23, 2020
Transfer Agent Verified
The Share Structure was updated for the first time in a long while on November 24, 2020.
There were no changes to the Authorized or Outstanding Shares from the May 22, 2019 figures.
Importantly, the split between Restricted and Unrestricted within the Outstanding was shown for the first time.
The Share Structure was updated as at December 23, 2020 - again with no change - confirming no dilution.

BLUDOG is now part of a much bigger operation - Blue Plant Farms - which has multiple social media accounts - with recent posts - including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
The new website offering on-line products is currently under construction / maintenance.

Recent Trading
Retrospective research on November 25 revealed covert "stealth" loading at .0001 between August 3 and November 24 of 62M.
Overt Loading - November 25 Onwards [after Share Structure updated]
On November 27, developments were spotted in both Whale Team rooms (Telegram and Slack) and the .0001s were bought out on 244M volume - including individual buys of 50M, 25M, 18M and 10M.
On December 7, major developments were:
- An increase in the bid at .0001 of 210M to 382M
- Significant buys at .0002 of 47M, 10M and 5M.
Since then, there has been:
- An increasing bid at .0001 as high as 418M - without any significant fills recently.
- More buys on the ask at .0002 - including one for 20M on December 24, 2020.

Totals:
- 277M traded at .0002
- 971M traded at .0001
Analysis:
So - as always in the OTC - anything can happen at any time and it looks like something is up and there may be a reinvention plot afoot.
No guarantee when any update may come from $INCC - but that is not really relevant now since any stock with only 100M > 500M on the ask in the .0001 > .0003 range is getting run up at present - as seen already on $SUTI $PRPM $IJJP $AHIX $MFST to name a few.
$INCC will be much thinner to the upside than either $SUTI (which ran from .0003 > .0031 ) or $PRPM (which ran from .0001 > .0005 ) on November 27.
I'll be watching continuously for updates from now on - and alerting any significant trading action.
