December 3rd article from CNN Philippines described pre-requisites to apply for an EUA there. It’s states clearly the drug company needs to get an EUA from their home country first in order to apply for the Philippines . It’s been bothering me for a couple of weeks why we didn’t apply for the EUA on December 14 th when the window officially opened so I did some research. It’s also a case where NP over stated what we would be doing when he said we would apply the minute that window opened. We didn’t and I think this is the reason why. This is the type of thing that will get NP into a lot of trouble when we are on the NASDAQ and big investment firms who have put millions into the company ask questions. They will absolutely grill him for this type of loose comment about timing ...he needs to clean up his comments and be more succinct before we uplist.
