CD-12 survivors are an ongoing longhaulers data treasure trove.
Two endpoints (at least) of the new longhaulers study can be self- or telephonically-assessed: primary Fatigue Severity Score and secondary Mental Fatigue Questionnaire.
Call all the CD-12 enrollees! Create one cohort for each week's enrollees and chart the weekly averages for controls and treated.
If the caller is kept blinded, unless I am mistaken this is still a randomized trial - just with follow-up endpoints specified on a deferred basis. Some ANOVA model should fit that data.
Is this an easy paper to prepare? I'm excited - is this obvious? Does this fit within the existing specs of the follow-up phase of CD-12??
