No doubt will be a super Christmas as always...in another hour I will start my phone calls to friends and neighbors...I got up early around 5 am as I couldn't sleep made my coffee and then wrapped the last two stocking presents for my wife. Yes it will be nice to see January 6th be done with as I'm sure everyone is dead tired of all the damn stresses and arguing from time to time. My mom is 93 and still drives and lives alone and will go to my brothers home tomorrow and enjoy Christmas dinner. My wife and I are having a nice quiet Christmas but will deliver gifts to my neighbors later today or tonight. we won't visit them as they are the couple that work at the hospital, she works with COVID patient and he works in preop. No mater where I go I always try and stay upwind of people and my wife pretty move understands that where it's automatic thinking. My one daughter is a witness which isn't a big deal and yes everyday is special but I enjoy the extra softness that the Christmas spirit brings. I have been a great grand father to two kids so far and my son in-law is 58 years old but live in a different state. Looks like a nice roast and I gotta have my mashed potatoes looks like garlic mashed potatoes. You should have seen us at Publix picking the roast. The first one I picked up was $85 dollars and I told my wife we are just fixing all this for us right? She said yes...I said why not forget about fixing all this that way I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone? She smiled and I said if we just go to McDonald's we can save a ton of money plus I won't have to wash the dishes. Will that didn't work. We got some type of roast for $35 bucks instead of that real nice one. If we were going to even have my sister-in-law over for Christmas we would have opt the money but just the two of us my wife seen things as I did. New Years day will be a nice ham but if not that is OK but generally prefer ham then.
