I agree -we dont know whether inspections took place -they were scheduled for the week following Dec 3
Just read that a new lockdown will begin Sunday 27th in Israel-supposedly ppl must not travel further than one kilometer from their homes for 2 weeks, possibly longer if necessary to reduce covid cases even as vaccine ramps up in Israel like elsewhere
perhaps rig workers will be living onsite if they aren't already
read 1 million vaccinated in usa already ,40 million doses by end of december in usa w usa vaccine available to everybody in usa by April
this uncertainty re Israel lock down as it has unfolded over the last couple weeks could partly be delaying ZNOG news also
