Good morning Mayhem72ss. I am certain my anger at yesterday's posts on IFlub shows in my last post, but someone must say something about this kind of con job. Unfortunately, there are still some investors who might be lured into buying MMTE because of this talk that no fraud took place. Like I stated, the term Fraud is a technical and legal definition, and is not something investors are likely to prove in any kind of legal way.
As for your question regarding MMTE and whether it was on the DTC Chill list. The answer is Yes. MMTE was on the DTC Chill list for I believe around a full year, and investors were not able to buy MMTE unless they used a full service broker. To my knowledge, only discount brokers were effected by the Chill. I personally do not use a discount broker, but it is my understanding that MMTE is off that list right now --- at least, I have not seen anyone post about this subject for a while. MMTE was placed on the Chill list when the Overcash lawsuit arose --- you know, the lawsuit that William claimed was frivolous and would have no material effect on shareholders. Now that the lawsuit is settled and a huge number of shares were awarded, the Chill might be settled as well.
