Another possibility is that the company put the blocking ask up - they could afford to do with shares that would still be in profit - to dupe people to sell to their large bids as part of the share buyback which started in February - the company is only allowed to buy on the bid and it is limited by previous / current volume.
In that event, we can expect insiders to buy on the ask to run it up eventually - liked happened in December 2019.
In any event, as long as followers have some shares from the lowest price band .0900 > .1200, we will be well placed to take advantage of all the surges up in 2021 - just like we were in 2020 from buys late 2019.
In the meantime, there are multiple other earners daily on the Watch List right now and a number of .0002 > .0004 stocks on it getting loaded ready to get run up in January once top traders don't have to worry about increasing their 35% tax liability.
