And why do you believe that? It was halted by FINRA because of problems with fraud. It was involved in litigation for years.

And whose fault was all that, in the end? It was management's fault, because they ordered the TA to issue hundreds of millions of shares of new stock under the old CUSIP, after having set a record date for a special dividend.

But by the time a judge figured that out, said management was long gone. We will not be seeing them again, for obvious reasons.

It's no shame to let you know that I am one of those savvy investors and I did check the history of this stock and do not feel anything wrong with the investment .

Yes, it is yet to be determined. And I don't think there is a group trading this stock at all. I believe they're some savvy investors who know this stocks history and looking at patterns and opportunity. Also, a previous post clearly shows insider activity. Trading activity is too significant to ignore now. Something is brewing but nobody knows anything because there has not been a press release or filing. Patiently waiting for an outcome to present itself.
