Hawks give me a break just go to the gym set your bar with a couple of forty fives and go...that will raise your testosterone. As for your D vitamins you will get that from where you walk from you car to the gym entrance. Remember...when you almost get the bar raised on you first press and need a tad more gusto slightly glance to the right and you will see a pretty girl that will give you that extra push to complete the rep. On the second rep when you are feel that squeeze almost give out slightly glance to your left and you will see a bunch of peaceful demonstrators setting fire to your car out in the parking lot...then you should be good to go
