It is a very positive thing that the FDA allowed the iEND approvals to start again. I think that if they had any doubts that LL would harm a patient or the efficacy was in question, that would never have happened. I'm just glad that it is back and if I have someone that needs treatment or I need treatment, I can request this LL an option. It's only a matter of time before at a minimum EUA will happen. The science is still solid and the clinical data will be there to back it up with little question about this is a therapeutic arm in this fight that should be approved. Once that happens, we will begin to see some relief from the overwhelming crush of patients in hospitals and ICUs.
