Leadership is not credible, need a fresh start with a trustworthy leader and establish solid valuation (if any) to convince analysts/institutional support. China doesn't care about dilution just interested in IP ..... most likely they already have a vaccine, they are responsible for the pandemic anyway. Chinese military started using vaccine in June ....
