Okay so I think I may have figured something out.

BUT... I did some digging, but I am invested into two companies one called ATVK and one called NECA. They both had to file all financial reports up until today, then file an attorney letter before they could even become current. If I am understanding this correctly and doc has not been full reporting since 2010. That means I THINK, he has to file all of those quarterly and monthly reports for each of those years. Then file a an attorney letter. MAYBE thats whats taking so long. Thats a lot of financials to report and put together especially if some of those or all of those years have a conglomerate of companies. Just a thought to think about.
