Below from Tom. States the obvious what I already knew but does not address the business update as to when it is coming. Sure we secured $2.25MM in equity based funding but what is being done with it to generate sales?? We have not heard boo about contracts, sales, etc,

Remember when this company was doing the short term fundings to pay bills and try to grow the company with small amounts of money? I got the Ironridge funding ($2.25M) last year. From time to time, Ironridge requests stock. This was an equity based funding. Ironridge is not going to give us $2.25M and get nothing in return.
The 10K will come to fruition. This has been a long and extremely difficult process and took much longer than I had anticipated. We will get to fully reporting status. We are nearing the end of this process.

Tom,
I would really appreciate it if you would give me a genuine understanding as to what is transpiring on the business side. The past 3 runs from a pps standpoint have been following by or in conjunction with an increase in the OS. I thought this latest run was different. That is was driven by the market correcting itself bringing the company into true valuation. Today I got updated numbers from the TA and seen that an additional 130MM shares have been issued!
Honestly, what is going on?? With all the progress that appears to be occurring, why on earth do we need to continue to dilute? It screams that these runs have been orchestrated.
I talk with Cheryl often. My group has invested well over $150K in your company. I believe I deserve to get a clear picture as to what is occurring. Products, sales updates and the 10K that I am now wondering if will ever come to fruition.
I have been a staunch supporter Tom and will never publicly go negative. It's not my style. I will also not share what you convey to me. I believe I deserve a little insight so I can make a decision about my stance and position supporting this company.
