I want our in vivo results to mirror the in vitro

I want our in vivo results to mirror the in vitro results, but the bar is so freaking low with Remdesivir and other hard to pronounce treatments, and with the number of infections rising exponentially, all we need is the results to be half as good as in the lab for a grand-slam.
