Did Marc create and sign the GDSM Amendment on January 14, 2012 so more shares could be dumped during the pump program? GDSM already had dumped millions of shares but appears he was ready to dump millions more until GDSM fell off the cliff in February as 650,232,950 shares were traded.

This is the same Marc Lovito who promised transparency, no dilution, no convertible notes and no R/S. Since there is no transparency and massive dilution, is a R/S next up on deck.

Marc filed the Amendment to increase the conversion rate on the Series E shares from 1-1 to 15-1 in August. WHY DIDN'T HE FILE THE A/S AMENDMENT AT THE SAME TIME????????????????
