We develop a lot of media products the work with platforms from and have relationships with Roku, Apple, Samsung, LG and NVidia.
Uplisting to Nasdaq requires a share price of over $1. When we achieve that goal we will then apply to move up to Nasdaq.

Congrats to your move to Silicon Valley. I am a current shareholder that is exicited to be a shareholder of your company. I have a few questions that I have regarding your previous PR. First, on July 30, 2012-CEO Jeffrey A. Foley noted "this partnership gives us exclusive rights to the most innovative proprietary IPTV technologies for new entertainment platforms including:Roku, Apple TV, and the latest crop of Smart TVs from Samsung and LG", Nov.5, 2012 "NanoFlix3D is now available on the Roku IPTV platform, and will be available on Samgsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV as well as several other platforms." Feb.13, 2013 "Recent announcements from industry giants NVidia and Samsung developing nearby campuses only helps to support our decision for the move.","Foley closed by stating"in addition to enjoying a very close location the many of our new business partners". So it is stated that you are doing business with Roku, Apple, Samsung, LG, and NVidia. Is that a correct assumption on my part? Second question: Do you(the company) have any plans on uplisting to NASDAQ? Would love to see you listed there. Thanks. QC
