I wouldn't worry about PHIL registration getting revoked that won't happen. Henry can always file audited financials without Vinafilms. I communicate with Henry a lot so I will give you some of the highlights.

Don't know what quickly means to Henry.since I got the above over a month ago..
"We have filed Forms NT-10 to let them know our intent to file the required reports. We are not abanding the company FINRA is aware of our redomicile plan as well"
