I wouldn't worry about PHIL registration getting revoked that won't happen. Henry can always file audited financials without Vinafilms. I communicate with Henry a lot so I will give you some of the highlights.

"Before the SEC will revote PHIL registration they need to send Henry a delinquency letter" as of 11/16/20 he hasn't received it he could have received it by now and if so will know how much time he has to get current" Henry's words "Yes, they will notify ahead of time of their intention and will proceed if we do nothing"

Don't know what quickly means to Henry.since I got the above over a month ago..
"We have filed Forms NT-10 to let them know our intent to file the required reports. We are not abanding the company FINRA is aware of our redomicile plan as well"
