Their testing kits provide the advantages of POC administration with the sensitivity and specificity of a PCR lab based test result. Innova is CE certified and is pending final FDA EUA approval which should happen any day. The key is that they also have the distribution capabilities to make a major impact right now. These solutions will work great for large companies, universities and agencies. To work on a larger public scale government subsidies would need to come into play to get the costs down for municipalities to afford to do mass screening efforts on the scale needed. This company is striving to accomplish this and it is a start.
