That may be true as far as letting Mr Berman continue, but it doesn’t explain why they didn’t suspend trading like they did in April. Unless, of course, they felt like all the recent PR’s regarding the saliva kit are true.
On October 9th the SEC was in contact with him, and on Oct 27th Federal Law Enforcement agents were in touch with him. So, I think it’s safe to say that he was being watched pretty heavily.
On Oct 19th DECN released a PR that stated testing had started at an FDA CLIA certified testing lab.
I’m speculating here, but the SEC and federal agents should know for a fact if or if not there are GenViro Saliva kits currently being tested at an FDA certified lab. They should also know if there are real GenViro Saliva kits that tested for Xprize in Korea.
If the SEC knows this to be false, then why didn’t they suspend trading on Friday, or even Thursday?
I don’t know the answer, but I guess we will all find out soon enough. Obviously, I’m hoping the GenViro Saliva kits are real and they work great, but it could be the opposite too.
