False. CYDY did have a Chief Science Officer at the time when Pro-140 was acquired, his name was Dr. Richard Trauger. Considering NP had zero medial knowledge at the time, and a similar level now, he no doubt used Dr. Trauger’s medical and clinical trial experience to help guide his decision.
