Great question...why would they let him continue?
He said his overarching focusing would be to oversee the completion of the Covid 19 line of test kits.
Does this mean that the GenViro Saliva kit is being tested by an FDA certified lab like he said?
Does it mean that a real GenViro Saliva kit was tested in Korea for Xprize?
Getting back to Fity’s question... why would they let him continue? If the statements above regarding the FDA certified lab and Xprize (which can be found in recent PR’s) are not true, or misleading to investors, why wouldn’t the SEC shut trading down like they did back in April? Right? They shut DECN down for similar statements that were labeled as misleading. Why not now? Surely, the Government/SEC/FDA knows if the statements are true or false.
So, are the statements about the FDA certified lab and Xprize testing true or false? Should we assume they’re true since the SEC is not shutting DECN down?
