Trump's lawyer, Lin Wood, in a sworn statement of facts to the court (Georgia election case) writes "under plenty of perjury the facts contained are....verified....and true."
PLENTY instead of "penalty of perjury."

1. I have to think at this point that they're intentionally tanking these
They're just looking to collect their legal fees at this point. They know the president can't win, but they'll keep taking as much money as he'll give them.
7. This is probably correct
Sometimes I wonder though why any of these lawyers would take these cases unless they were paid up-front.
After all, they are being asked to go in front of a judge, file nonsense suits, lie and risk professional and legal repercussions... and the person asking them to do this has a history of filing for bankruptcy and running out on his financial commitments.
If they think these long-shot, baseless suits may actually win (overturning the election) and bring them great fame, they have no sense at all and are not worth what they're being paid.
I am a bit surprised that they don't have a pre-typed macro for this "perjury" statement, or at least a legal assistant that knows how to "copy" and "paste."
9. I've got to believe this 'typo' is intentional and meant to serve two purposes.
The first is him thinking it's cute to taunt the court. Secondly, he believes that filing a brief with errors in it will give him the opportunity to back out without repercussions if he's called on it.
